What it is

A register of laptops, desktops, monitors, phones, accessories and software licenses, each with an asset ID, serial number, purchase date, cost, warranty and assigned employee. Assignment, return, and loss or damage are kept in the asset's history.

The problem

Equipment tracked in a spreadsheet loses track of who has what, and what it cost.

What NAVICORE ONE does

NAVICORE ONE gives every asset an ID, a serial number, a cost, a warranty and a named holder, with a history.

The result

You always know where equipment is, and what is lost, damaged or returned.

Who uses it, and when

IT and admins
When buying, assigning and recovering equipment
HR
When equipment is issued at joining and returned at exit
Employees
When they receive, hold or return equipment
