NAVICORE ONE company operating system · Part 03 · Platform & licensing
License platform
Control which modules, users and limits each customer gets, from one place.
What this page describes is the intended scope from the product specification. The status label shows how far along this area is.
Illustrative layout, not a live screenshot.
What it is
The system that turns NAVICORE ONE into a commercial product. A license is generated, signed, activated, validated, renewed, suspended, revoked or rotated, and carries entitlements: maximum users, enabled modules, platform access, storage, AI, API and automation limits, and the support level.
The problem
Selling software without clear limits makes it hard to say what a customer is entitled to.
What NAVICORE ONE does
Each license names the plan, the enabled modules, the user limit and the usage limits, and moves through activation, validation, renewal or suspension.
The result
What a company can use is decided in one place, and follows its license.
Who uses it, and when
- The NAVICORE Owner
- When creating, renewing, suspending or revoking a license, changing a plan or user limit, or switching modules on and off
- Customer organizations
- From the day a license is activated until it expires or is renewed
- Demo and evaluation users
- When trying NAVICORE ONE under a demo or evaluation license type
