Finance & accounting

Illustrative layout, not a live screenshot.

What it is

Cash and bank accounts, funds, categories, vendors and clients. Income, expense and transfer transactions with receipts. Expense claims and employee reimbursement. Invoices with numbering, items, tax, discount, due date, payment status and PDF. Reports cover profit and loss, cash flow, budget and outstanding invoices.

The problem

Money tracked across spreadsheets and bank statements is hard to reconcile and hard to trust.

What NAVICORE ONE does

NAVICORE ONE records each transaction with its receipt, routes claims and invoices through approval workflows, and keeps an immutable transaction history with audit.

The result

Finance data is traceable, permissioned and ready for reporting.
