NAVICORE ONE company operating system · Part 49 · How it fits together
The core employee flow
Follow a hire from candidate to active employee, and an exit to archive, step by step.
What this page describes is the intended scope from the product specification. The status label shows how far along this area is.
Illustrative layout, not a live screenshot.
What it is
The flow the guide says should eventually work almost automatically. A candidate becomes an employee through interview, offer and HR approval, with role, permissions, salary, schedule, policies, manager, department, account, equipment and onboarding tasks assigned along the way. When someone leaves, approval triggers offboarding, reassignment, asset return, access revocation and archive.
The problem
Joining and leaving involve dozens of small steps across several people, and some get missed.
What NAVICORE ONE does
NAVICORE ONE is designed so one HR approval sets in motion the role, permissions, pay, schedule, policies, account and equipment, and an exit reverses them in order.
The result
A new starter is ready on day one, and a leaver leaves nothing open.
