NAVICORE ONE company operating system · Part 02 · Platform & licensing
Companies & workspaces
Give each company its own isolated workspace, set up the way that company actually runs.
What this page describes is the intended scope from the product specification. The status label shows how far along this area is.
Illustrative layout, not a live screenshot.
What it is
Every company on NAVICORE ONE gets its own organization and workspace, with a profile, logo, branding, domain, timezone, currency, language, working days and hours, holidays and a fiscal year. Isolation is a hard rule: a customer must never be able to access another customer's data.
The problem
When several companies share one platform, the worry is one company seeing another's records.
What NAVICORE ONE does
NAVICORE ONE gives each organization a separate workspace, with isolation specified across the database, API, storage, search, AI, notifications, audit and billing.
The result
Each company works in a space of its own, with its own settings and its own data boundary.
