NAVICORE ONE company operating system · Part 50 · How it fits together
The shared core
Understand the shared services every module builds on, so the whole product behaves as one.
What this page describes is the intended scope from the product specification. The status label shows how far along this area is.
Illustrative layout, not a live screenshot.
What it is
Fifteen shared services sit under every business module: identity, organizations, RBAC, permissions, workflow engine, notifications, audit, files, search, AI, automation, billing, licensing, analytics and integrations. Modules use them instead of building their own, which is what stops the product from becoming a pile of unrelated pages.
The problem
A product built as separate pages repeats sign-in, permission and history logic in every corner, and behaves differently in each.
What NAVICORE ONE does
NAVICORE ONE has fifteen shared services that every business module uses, rather than each module building its own.
The result
Permissions, approvals, notifications and audit behave the same way everywhere.
